Perhaps it's the allure of craftsmanship—each razor was meticulously handmade by a master artisan, often working in a small, dimly lit workshop. Or maybe it's the unique steel itself. In the past, steel was produced in tiny batches with techniques honed over thousands of years, even though the precise chemistry was not fully understood.
